Tammy is a yoga instructor, wholesome food advocate, teacher of science, and traveler. Yoga is her way of bringing loving-kindness, amplify energy flow, abate the causes of suffering, and bring a sense of belonging to her students. Tammy creates a compassionate environment in which students can learn what is important and true to their own body and mind, which include physical strength and mental calmness. Tammy has experience in various forms of yoga including Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and meditation.
