Torrey is the Visionary of the team. He wanted a space for friends and relatives to stay fit, and he made it happen. Not only does he inspire those around him to live life to its fullest, he demonstrates exactly how far hard work and commitment goes into reaching your goals. As a true family man, he’s always giving back to those around him, and to the greater community.

His motto is walk-in as friends, leave as family.

Julie Nguyen

Julie runs the front-of-the-house operation. On top of being a supermom, she’s an ATA Taekwondo third-degree black belt. Being a mom doesn’t stop her from chasing her fitness goals, though it does give her an edge in time management. She likes to squeeze in morning workouts and going for a run when the weather isn’t too wet. In her free time, she leads yoga sessions.

Vinh Nguyen

Vinh Nguyen is a fitness professional with  bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Fitness and Education . He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He also holds as a Master in Teaching from Seattle Pacific University. With more than 10 years of training experiences, he specializes in induvial strength training programs that enhances the quality of life for his clients.  His fitness journey started when he became a Martial Arts Instructor. He found that there was a weakness in the way martial arts was being taught. That weakness was the over emphasis on body weight exercises and the neglect of tools to become physically stronger. This sparked his journey of developing programs that will enhance an individual performance though different modalities. You can find him coaching a verity exercises, from weightlifting, kettle bells , to kick boxing.

Lead Endurance Trainer - Cycling & Running - Truong Nguyen

Once a type 2 diabetic, soon to be Iron Man. Truong went on a journey to become a new human. Those around him know him best as a do-er, always on the move to better himself and encourage those around him. You can find him running and cycling daily. He will be more than happy to have you join him on a bike ride, or even a walk for coffee. He loves sharing his passions with others and always has a genuine smile for those looking to grow.

Dennis Ho

Dennis is a powerlifting coach who has been competing in the sport for 5 years.

He discovered the sport on through YouTube videos and when he found a powerlifting club at his University, he hopped on the opportunity and found his calling. He has coached dozens of lifters throughout the years and is always looking forward to train the next !

Tammy DO


Tammy is a yoga instructor, wholesome food advocate, teacher of science, and traveler. Yoga is her way of bringing loving-kindness, amplify energy flow, abate the causes of suffering, and bring a sense of belonging to her students. Tammy creates a compassionate environment in which students can learn what is important and true to their own body and mind, which include physical strength and mental calmness. Tammy has experience in various forms of yoga including Restorative, Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and meditation.
